😂 - this has been their brand for the 7+ years I’ve been aware of them. And they’re still around, so I’ll go with “yes, they know their audience” as it’s working for them. This is mild by their standards.
I only buy my spices from them
Social is the place to experiment like this the algorithms is on their side in this instance - not for every brand but hyper relevant and distinct - I say this is a win
I haven’t heard of them, but after all of 20 seconds of research, it is clear that they are certain in who the brand is for and what they are doing. Smart in this case as they are just promoting what they already have been for what seems like going back years now.
Mentor
The “resist” thing feels overly political, but i think communicating that your prices aren’t going up even with the coming bad import tax policy is smart business.
I mean they have a product called resist, i think they know exactly who they are and who their audience is. It’s a more distinctive positioning than trying to stand for everyone.
While ironically doing a better job of standing of standing for more people that not
Good on them.
Well, I mean they’re kind of known for their you know outspoken political place. If you go into the store, they always have you know their causes they support their social media is loaded with their you know political views so I’m not surprised by this and I would guess that their audience does support this message cause they’re pretty successful.
I’m aligned with them politically and even I find this corny. That said, their spices are top tier.
Dude. Relax.
Is this a household name brand? I've never heard of this company. I'm also clearly not the target audience for this because I dont' even get the implications here. Most people agree the economy is worse right now under Biden than it ever was under Trump.. and Trump is not even president yet lol, so how does this make sense? Are they saying they're offering 2015 prices?

Well, this is interesting. This was clearly written by the leader of the company without the corporate polish of a PR team. That said, I can appreciate the authenticity and passion in moral principals. Seems a little unhinged though like he was forced to say if you don’t like my politics then buy your spices somewhere else.
