How do you handle remote teams being in different time zones? Hi all, I was curious about companies that have their own in-house advertising. I’m in digital media, specifically, SEM and potentially looking to leave the agency side. Primarily due to low pay, and management issues. Given this, any company recs that have a solid foundation with digital media? Any advice from people who’ve been on both the agency and branded side?

Been thrust into being a hyper-consumer recently. Holy shit, every "disruptive" store is the same (Casper, joybird, etc etc). This is a boring age of design and iconography.
