Hi Fishes, I have received an offer from Barclays for AVP position. But the role discussed during interview was for Tech Delivery Manager whereas the offer letter mentions it as Tech Delivery Lead. Can you guys please suggest if it is the same role or should I request recruiter to get the role updated? Bain & Company Boston Consulting Group is too slow. For anything you wanna do inside the organization, 12 months of tenure is required. Even for promotions its the same no matter hoew exceptionally you perform.
Whereas Bain & Company has no such minimum tenure requirement. My colleague got promoted in 4th months of joining right out of college.

Don't have personal experience with DBS but Sapient wlb sucks as per many people and DBS is a singapore based product comp, don’t know about their wlb though. You may have to check with current employees through LinkedIn.
How much publicis sapient offered
Same happened with me. Publicis HR has been too rude to me.
She has sent me salary structure and asked me to send docs also. After sending docs I called her after 2 weeks asking to send official offer letter then she told me that my interview feedback and yoe is not matching with ectc so I've to take 2 rounds of interviews again but told me to call again next day. So when I called her the next day and asked her if she got approval for sending me the offer letter she told the same thing that she won't be sending any offer letter and when I said I've already given 2 rounds of interviews and sent documents as well on ur request, she then started yelling at me though I've been talking nicely.. I didn't even yell at her or ask why she has sent the offer break up & why she took docs or didn't you take the feedback before sending me the offer? I didn't ask all these but still got yelled at.
I felt relieved for not getting into such a company. Everything happens for good, I've got better offers now.
