Does anyone use ADP for end to end including payroll and background checks, and recruitment?

We use ADP workforce now. Payroll, time and attendance, time off tracking, benefits administration, performance reviews, compensation, electronic employee records, and ACA. ADP's main focus is payroll and maybe time and attendance. The rest is secondary. I'd say the second most developed module is benefits. Otherwise, the rest of the modules are pretty basic and don't allow for much customization. They like to bundle things, forcing you to pay extra for stuff you don't want, like a cable package. Their customer service is not great and they like to release updates with little to no notice and only offer bare minimum in terms of release notes.

I’ve used it for Time and Attendance, as ADP EeTime which is a white labelled version of Kronos

My old coworkers use it, it works well enough for hiring but they still need to supplement with an external career site and marketing on 3rd party websites for candidate volume

They use clear company for an ats

Larsen & Toubro Infotech I have given the L1 on 7th May and that was cleared and L2 given on 14th May.
Got the mail from recruiter that cleared 2nd round and will get update soon for further process.

So in how many days I can expect for HR round and further process ?
Or they can ghost me ? Can it happen in Larsen & Toubro Infotech that after clearing both rounds they won't go forward for further process ?

Thanks

Or do they just pick a number, like “yeah they can get to know their kid in a few weeks and I couldn’t possibly have that attorney out for 12 weeks?” I’m at a small firm, no FMLA or state requirement. Does it make any difference to make the change effective the first week of 2023 payroll, or to make a change in payroll providers mid year? I’m thinking it’s best to start fresh at the beginning of the year and not worry about two payroll companies for reporting. What are other things to consider?

ApplicantStack

Oracle Recruitment Cloud TextRecruit (a neat idea but sooo not worth the cost per applicant imo) Career Builder (its odd to include on this list but it is)
I'm ambivalent about: Zapify (the thing that imports resumes from other places into your ats - so clunky compared to a manual upload)
SmartCRM - still new but it seems like an afterthought to SmartRecruit

SmartRecruit transition went through last year, the career site out of the box is super basic and we're not seeing direct applies come through

Any tips/tricks for increasing career site traffic? Has anyone ever built out a careers site separate from their ats?
