Hi guys :) Glad to join fishbowl and this community. Guys I have an offer of 14.41 ctc from a big 4 (11 is fixed).
Technology-Microsoft Dynamics 365(I am a functional consultant in SCM and HR; Relevant exp: 3 yrs & Total exp: 4 yrs).
My interviews in IBM are done and I am waiting for the salary discussion with HR.
What is the likely offer that I am going to get? Any idea? (My expectation is 16.5 lpa ctc). I will adjust my expectations as per replies here.
Any response is highly appreciated :)

From what I know from our internal decks, McK and BCG are killing it in deals primarily due to exec relationships. Deloitte is also killing it. Bain/KPMG/EY less so. I would say we are a notch below Deloitte. McK/BCG compete on different levels.
EY actually does really well here, on par with Deloitte. TAS is the deal group and both OTS and Parthenon sit there. That group is always staffed out.
Typically MBB are in charge of the overall deal and integration management role, working along with a law firm and a financial institution.
PWC1 - what are you basing that assertion on though? Given that groups overall utilization and revenue, it has to be doing something right, particularly in specific industries. Much of leadership is ex-Deloitte.
Agree with PwC1, my buddy is an AP and he's killing it on deals and does admit we are competing a lot with BCG there, but he says we win about >65% of the ones he's been on against them.
You forgot Capgemini. They are arguably the top firm right now. At least among the top 3 in the field by any measure
BAH runs the federal sector though.
I'm joining KPMG deal Advisory next week, any though on how they fall among the different firms?
M1 - where u joining from?
Nah EY is way below Deloitte and PwC in terms of maturity of the deals practice and service offerings.
Deal advisory is a big umbrella, need more detail on which practice. FDD - doing well, integration - not, AAS - OK with some large clients.
M2 was at Deloitte then went to a boutique firm and now joining KPMG.
