Flat out tell them you don't want to be involved. They'll leave you out of it. If not just listen to them vent and then walk away.

Do you give them any attention or response at all? I would first try to just ignore them. But if they keep telling you even when you're not responding, I would be very direct that you don't have space for other people's drama.
If you have to engage or respond at all, steer the conversation back to an active project / issue, etc....preferably something you need or they have failed to deliver to you. I've found people tend to steer clear of me when they leave our interaction with more workload than when they started...
