I have got an offer from a retail based company and my salary component divided into Basic, DA, HRA and Executive Allowances.

Although I know what Basic, DA and HRA is, but can anyone tell me what Executive allowance is? Is it taxable? It contributes to around 30% of my new salary.

Received an offer for equity research and IB, both in toronto. ER paying $120k base and my understanding is that bonus can be around 25-30%. IB is paying $105k base but likely higher bonus? Which one would u choose if you think you would be good at both
