International worker authorization question: Does BCG accept pending i485 combo EAD card? Pending Green Card based on marriage. Valid for 2 years. My lawyer said i765 + i151 combo card doesn’t need sponsorship and I can work for anyone. Got an offer, now at background check stage. HR seems confused about what is pending i485 EAD and said she needs to check with legal/mobility team. Just want to know if BCG is okay with it. Thank you! Boston Consulting Group

We all help each other at Accenture. Never worried about anyone backstabbing you. And everyone is fun.
@Director 1 constructive answer please
I cant speak about deloitte but i can speak about accenture as i was there forever.
Everyone at acn shares...ppts, deliverables (after being scrubbed), ideas, clients, opportunities, etc. Nobody keeps things close to the chest out of fear of having someone steal the idea from them.
Also, this isn't so much as a culture thing but accenture is hierarchical. This alllws the firm at all levels to make decisions quickly as we do not have to reach a consensus like you would in a partnership model. That being said, most acn leaders are really open to getting feedback in their ideas
