Has anyone ever had any luck applying for a hybrid job and convincing them to let you work fully remote? I'm seeing a lot of hybrid postings for my role but not a lot of fully remote ones.

Where Cognizant offering more package almost 1.5 Lpa mor, but heard lot of negative review on social media like they don't have good project, no job security, they will make you to work on other tech etc . I have an offer from PwC India and will likely get one from EY India also (similar ctc). At the same time, Cognizant is willing to match these offers. The only difference is I will be a consultant at Cognizant and a senior associate at PwC.
I understand wlb will be screwed at either of those big 4 and clients will be India based.

I am a junior full stack dev looking to move to a better paying junior role or a mid role and honestly these style of questions have always stumped me. I have found that in a year of work to have never found them useful in tackling real world issues. Now I'm moving from a junior to a mid can I still expect leetcode style questions?
