Accenture India Lately there are so many hr openings with Accenture in almost all portals naukri, indeed, monster, linked in etc but there is not a single response infact I have the cc number wherein status is reflecting as hr will contact you ..but I have not received any revert, tried emailing the hr through a reference got an auto email stating out of office nd shared his contact number to connect, when tried calling hr,he was annoyed but I guess he forgot that he himself has shared the number. What’s the culture like at FTI Consulting?
I had interviewed for an internship position at EY for technology consultant program for summer 2022 and got a call where they extended an offer. I wanted to know if I can defer the internship offer to fall 2022 or a later start date after summer.

Your past work experience doesn’t matter. You will come in as a first year campus hire, which you should since you are only 23 and graduating. Keep your resume within one page. 2 page resume will most likely be thrown away to trash during initial screening. If you want to show the full picture, put your most valuable experiences on your resume and make sure to have good stories so you can elaborate on your resume further during interview

You don’t need a lot of skills, you need the right skills for the particular role you’re applying to. They will be more impressed with a handful of highly relevant experiences than a long list of sorta relevant experiences. Condense your descriptions and omit things if needed to get it down to one page

- Excel, data analysis
- making and giving presentations
- client skills
A two page resume will probably work against you. You should rearrange your resume based on the job your applying for. only include the experience and skills that are directly related to that role or even only the ones included in the job post.

Hey bud, your experience is always gonna count in some form or the other in consulting since it’s client facing; just that not everything is resume-worthy. Speak to other entry level consultants that got in recently to better understand and manage resume expectations. You’ll be fine. All the best.
