UM Nurses - what do you like and dislike about your role

Out of country friend who was visiting me in the states reimbursed me for his hotel/flights in crypto (~2k) which was sent to my wallet. I’m planning to withdraw to coinbase then to my bank but want to make sure I’m doing everything right. Do I need to declare anything or do something special? Would i need to pay taxes on the reimbursement? Usually when I get reimbursed with Venmo or PayPal it seems pretty straightforward but not as familiar with rules around crypto

How do I leave my role as someone on the talent team. I am on a small recruitment team of only a few people, who connect daily. I am also responsible for sending out updates tracking new hires and upcoming leavers (aka I would be on this list if i decide to leave). If I am looking to leave my company, considering all of these things, how do I do it in the least awkward, most professional way possible? I want to put in at least a two week notice, but will continuing my work after that be weird?

I’ve been in my current position (Bookkeeper) for 4 years now. I’m highly interested in taking the PHR, and I’m wondering if I would qualify for the 4 year HR professional job requirement to be eligible to test for the certificate. Has anyone appeared recently for Microsoft drive, how many days does HR typically takes to get back to the candidate for the results, it's been a week and the HR is ghosting me, I've gone through 4 rounds of interview including hiring manager.

I spent the last 3 months "growing up" & now I'm ready to go. 1st thing is for me to get my own place. I'd like to buy instead of rent because I don't want to pay someone else's mortgage.

I'm thinking of selling my car & cash out some of my 401k to buy a house. My thought is to put down 3.5% for a FHA loan then make a big payment towards the principal to reduce long-term interest.

1. Number of implementation projects done.
2. Work experience on S4 Hana.

And if I don't have atleast any one of these, I will not be considered.
