I would vote PwC SM. I know that Deloitte doesn't have a director role. It is straight from SM to PPMD. So, people stay at M at Deloitte longer. However, a lot of people outside of Big 4 do not know that. It would give you better exit opportunities to be an SM at PwC for people that are not familiar with the different Big 4 promotional scales.
Anecdotally, it also seems that more people have a better experience at PwC than Deloitte.
