Does it really annoy anyone else that swimming has SO many medals in the olympics. Like soccer has ONE (2 if you count both genders) Why do we need 19 events for swimming (38 for both genders not counting mixed events). Joined a new company/team recently and haven’t been doing well .. i was a high performer at my previous job but it’s a new industry I joined and my peers are so much better regardless of how hard I work.. (the entire team works 15 hrs/day so there’s only so much more I can do).. how can I get better :(
