Deloitte what is the typical interview process for SC roles within the M&A org

I like this show but I’m getting tired of these really young cast.

As a first time PM at a company with no PM structure, I’m finding it difficult to learn good practices and bring myself to “the next level”. Has anyone here had a similar self taught start that made the break through to become a solid senior PM? Anything will help, books, etc.

There is a team at Deloitte audit whose SM bought them herbal anti stress pills to help them cope with the stress of the job. It’s a big tin of pills and they all take them together. What a toxic environment. Jesus.

I have no idea what I’m doing. Life is a little overwhelming, and I want to keep growing as a professional but in a different direction than where I’m at right now. Switching careers and industries is so difficult. Props to those who’ve broken into their first job after a career change!
