How do you deal with an HR that ghosts you after 3 interviews that went really well? I landed an offer at Deloitte as a sr. consultant, and then negotiated for a managerial role. I was told all interviewers were really happy with me so she would be glad to arrange a reevaluation for the new role(I was interviewed by 2 Sr. Managers & an MD for Sr. Consultant role and will have to take another round with a partner for the managerial position). I cannot seem to keep the motivation to consistently do the things I want to do - exercise, read, eat healthy, etc. I start then it soon stops. Have you found any effective ways to maintain motivation?
