I purchased my mother a first class ticket since she’s never experienced it and now they’re saying her flight may be delayed or cancelled

Will I be eligible for the leave and qualify the 12 months rule with my contractor hours/months for the agency?

My first switch took me to 9LPA from 6LPA and now the second switch is being offered for 11.5LPA where I can see my fellow friends in SAP having more than 15LPA at the same experience on their second switch itself.
