Yes been dying to get staffed on west coast
Pun intended? 😂
No. I have small kids
Ok so the. The point works either way. I don’t want them to get sick and i also don’t want to get sick and die. My kids lose their mom because of a work project? Nope.
Of course
Yup 100%
Yes. Population of those areas is huge.
No
I’d classify your fellow travelers as a higher risk than the communities in these places.
I’m surprised there is any big client allowing travel to seattle. I’m based in Seattle, & everyone is working from home until the end of March (I’d be surprised if that didn’t get extended). MSFT, Amazon, Boeing (front office), Starbuck’s HQ, FB, Google - all WFH. University campuses are closed. Huge events postponed. Your firm would be crazy to fly people here right now.
Seattle - no chance in hell. Odds are that it’s everywhere by now.
SF - yes, but ask me again in a week.
As an sf resident, is it dramatically worse here than other places? Doesn’t feel like it to me at all.
yes, norcal is one of the hotter spots in the US. and US numbers are probably very underreported since we haven't done enough testing. important to nip it in the bud now.
