DFW area: currently making 98k with potentially 3-5% raise and 3-5% bonus (should know for sure in July) and no CPA. 7 years of experience in PA - audit. Remote 100%. Sometimes travel to client but not much. Went through the final interview with assistant controller position for a private company. They offered 40% bonus promise. So now I have to come up with the base salary. What would be a fair number for this position? This position is hybrid. 40 mins drive each way. TIA

I joined Deloitte on 01st Nov, 2021. I missed raising the snapshot which was due Jan 7th 2022. As I was new to the firm, i mistook it that the snapshot has to be raised to the people who joined before June.
