Did anyone receive any notification and interviews for the Gensler DSD program? They said the responses will be deferred but it was already around one month from the posted timeline. Been working as an Assistant Technician for 3 years (2 years excluding pandemic) pay is £21k now £22 adjusted for inflation. I will be completing my Part 1 in architecture but also have a degree in Technology, should I find a different company after graduation or take roles offering £30-45k as an Architectural Technologist/Technician.
