I have received offer from KGS gurgaon, on friday last week and the HR was also supposed to send me the Joining bonus letter, it's been 5 days now when ever I call the HR she says she will send it but not received it yet, should I keep doing the follow up or it's ok to wait because this was discussed verbally over the call only.
