Hi all - What is the consulting equivalent of the "Head of.." title at Google? Is it a Director level position? I noticed a few folks on LinkedIn with this title who have close to 20 years of experience but the job postings on Google ask for 5-7 years of relevant experience. Thanks!

Is my relationship worth it? Met my SO of 3 years senior year of college. How do I figure out spending with my SO? Initially I was paying for 90% of stuff (no actual bills, just going out). I talked to her and said we need to be more even. She was never proactive. She kind of got offended but we ended on a good note to split things. It went well for a couple weeks but now it's back to normal.
