I need some help navigating a conversation with my boss. I have been with our brand for 7 years (been with the same boss) but just came up on my 1 year anniversary with our corporate office last week. I had my review and received 4 out of 5 points. I keep seeing cases where parents are suing districts for not being fully in person. The craziest thing is that some of these school districts are AFFLUENT!! One of the most affluent districts nearby is still hybrid. I work in a very poor rural school and we were able to open fully in September. I'm just curious for teachers who teach in affluent school districts that aren't open fully yet - what is the issue? Is it a spacing issue, a staffing issue?
