Did I pigeon hole myself?

Good school, pretty good GPA. Had internship at large Multi Manager in quant research (MM/Point72/BAM/Citadel). Had a RO, but 4 months after the internship ended the team I was on got shut down and there were no other opportunities at the firm of joint interest. Ended up full time at no-name firm (recruiting in Jan...). Any way out of this without grad school?

Hi everyone! In this field, when choosing a masters degree program is it more beneficial to get a degree in Human Resources to further my knowledge in HR (my undergraduate degree is in Economics) , an MBA, or Data Science Degree due to the fact that HR is becoming more data driven as well as get a PHR / SHRM-CP certification?

I want to switch from consulting to marketing for a fashion/cosmetic brand. Im trying to think of my transferable skills, but I’m just over thinking it. Anyone have some feedback that could help?

Does PHR certification help in India, as this is globally recognised how much valuable is this currently in indian job market.

I joined Mindtree on 8th Feb and not got project and I was waiting for last 2 and half month. So, i gave interview outside (tech mahindra) and got selected. Almost 30-35% they said they will give and i am negotiating on it.

My main concern was shift and i have some health issues and unable to continue in night shift in Mindtree and tech mahindra its purely EMEA shift and per project team update.

Need help,I am joining @VMware Banglore on 27th June. During interview I told them I need wfh. They said it wil be wfh this entire year. Only mistake I did was i didn't permanent wfh. I took for granted like once I join i can opt for it ( as my VMware friends had said we can opt for it)
Now the offices have started, I am scared if they call me to office , I have 14months son, not willing to leave him n go for office.

So if I ask manager to give me permanent wfh will they agree ?
