None - I still don’t understand why you would pay someone more for a piece of extra paper unless it is relevant to tasks the person is performing in their job.

Apart from MBA, no. At the point of recruitment they may offer a slightly more attractive package if there is competition of the candidate but this can be for many reasons not just a masters.
And the place the masters is from is typically relevant. Nobody cares if you did a degree at a school that is easy to get into. That is not a signal that you are a high performer.

I was merely giving some examples of different levels. The question obviously asks if two analysts or two junior consultants, thus same level, could have different salaries if one has a graduate degree and the other doesn't. Anecdotally I have heard it can happen if your graduate degree is considered valuable / prestigious.
