Before taking this jump I want to know how is the career growth in IT Hardware, how is the promotion structure in such companies. I personally don’t like my present job as it doesn’t relate any part of my interest.

I have gotten a verbal offer from Facebook, but I just had my phone screen interview with the hiring manager at Amazon yesterday. I want to reach out to the recruiter at Amazon and let them know what the timeline looks like. I would much rather have the Amazon job over the Facebook one. Within my first year of Consulting, really struggling with the hours amongst other things. Spoken to a couple of people internally and the advice is to get on to projects with bigger budgets and therefore bigger teams/more support. I want to wait until I hit the one year mark before making a decision on whether Consulting is for me or not. Curious to hear from other experienced hires..how is/was your first year?

2. Neev systems - 23LPA (5%VP)

Neev systems is ready to negotiate it with CGI. And both companies have their own benefits.

Neev's hike is good compared to CGI(almost double) & CGI have some additional perks like cab facility, Creche allowance, mobile, internet bills reimbursements and additional 5% shares.

Both might have similar WLB (12-9pm).
