If Tech Mahindra HR is telling that after joining he will take care of onsite. It is US project. So in U4 Tech Lead position is it possible to send someone US onsite in L1/business Visa?? Wait until after. Let them enjoy their PTO. While an employee leaving may cause some strain it’s honestly not the soon to be ex employee’s responsibility to figure out what the team will do. Your manager should be able to adjust. You’re not the first employee in history to leave a company so don’t feel too bad. Two weeks notice is well enough time for them to prepare regardless of the deadlines and pressures. It’s also considered an acceptable standard notice.

After. I’d rather come back to work and get hit with this with 2 weeks to solve it than stress about staffing during my vacation when I’m meant to unplug.
Before. More notice is better. They can still unplug on PTO, but give them as much lead time as you can.
Before. You are not the only thing in life they care about. This will give them some time to think through things.
