They’re supposed to be carrying 15-20 roles max at a time. Most are carrying 40-50. So to be frank they’re over busy and you’re 1x of 50 roles x5+ applicants they’re supposed to keep tabs on.
They should generally still come back to you in 2 days on anything latest. If you interview and don’t hear anything within a week, followup. And then followup weekly after that at a minimum.
Usually an email, then an email and a phone call, then just phone calls tends to work.
Some of them. Maybe because of their work but some recruiters are very unresponsive. You're lucky if you get a recruiter that replies at least after a day or two.
Not personally although it might depend on the position. I’ve been recently applying to internal positions snd the recruiter has been very responsive
My recruiter was super responsive at first, but I haven’t heard anything since the second interview a couple days ago
I think it just depends on the recruiter - not necessarily reflective of JPM overall. Sorry you're having such a poor experience.
Not that I have heard of. Although I have been hearing lately that they are really slow to get back to people.
They can be slow. Some positions are being put on the back burner for the rest of this year as the firm looks to prepare for a recession.
