What is the culture like, type of work and reputation of Capco in the Data & Analytics space?
I have some good ex colleagues who moved over there and also looked up on LinkedIn and see lots of seemingly smart and accomplished people in their D&A team in the UK.
I'll ask my ex colleagues too, but wanted to see if people here have any opinion or information on this too.
TIA

At T2 you can definitely negotiate within the band (firm dependant) as a lateral hire and a sign on
MBB is usually fixed except the sign on bonus as per my knowledge
Depends on the firm. There are sub-levels (like number of years at level) that allow for some flexibility, but the real negotiation is what level to come in at (e.g., 3rd year manager vs first year manager if you can't negotiate a higher title).
MBB is fixed. What is more flexible is the time to promotion, for which you’ll need to show that you can go up a level faster than is traditionally expected.
Outside of that, no negotiations, no. Not for consulting at least, perhaps for business functions.

Fixed. Unclear whether base as a lateral hire is negotiable. Perform well and you get promoted early - then arguing over an extra 1-2k on your annual AC salary will seem petty when you get that uplift in a month on the new C salary.
