Do MBB and Tier 2 salaries are negotiable or bands are fixed ?at M1 level ?

I joined T2 and was being told by HH that salary band is rigid.

How about MBB .. is there any scope of negotiation or they put into a standard year 1 band ?

Wanted to bring out that staff-1's are paid peanuts (3.33L CTC) please don't expect them to slog 12-13 hours. They don't have enough motivation or incentives to work that long. Seniors,AM's and Managers should be more kind and explain the work to them clearly rather than making last minute changes.

Now I have received another offer from a fintech organization in Berlin, Germany who are providing me 69k Euros as base salary + 5k Euros as RSU and also an on call support of 5k Euros annually + complete relocation assistance package. I’m a Consulting Technical Project Manager IC4 and newly acquired through acquisition. Can someone explain the bonus and equity structure? In my previous role we had a bonus structure per year based on hitting goals and a target amount and then also an RSU equity program that most got (if you were the right level) but managers could adjust. Some Business Intelligence/Analyst roles are very data heavy. I wonder why these roles do not have the term “data” in them, and wonder if it’s to keep the salary lower than it should be. I have colleagues doing intense data science tasks as BI Analysts, and can’t help but feel indignant on their behalf because when hearing their job title, one would underestimate their technical ability.

Hi guys, I have got one full time job for 14LPA from 10.5LPA in Coforge for BA role. On the other hand, I have one more offer for Canada and the job is on 2 years contract basis with 80k CAD per annum where I have to sign 2 years agreement as well that I can’t back out once I get the offer.
