I’ve noticed this too. A lot of places I’ve talked to now only offer it for directors and above
They’re more likely to if
1) it’s an above entry-level role
2) the agency is somewhere that doesn’t have a lot of ad agencies, (somewhere not New York or LA)
If it is a smaller market, ask yourself if you really want to live there. The tenure at agencies tends to be short. If you don’t like it or it doesn’t work out then you’re kinda stuck somewhere without a ton of options and might not get relocation back to a big city
