Do partner accreditations count toward “X Salesforce Certified” number? I have like 7 certifications and 4 accreditations and don’t have space to list them all out on my resume.

Been searching for work for about 2 months now, and I can’t tell what companies are looking for anymore. I have 2+ years as an AE full cycle. And I get rejected left and right. My resume is up to date, I’m applying non stop, what else can I do?

As I dont have exp letter from my 1st company (with 1.6 yoe) which was a small startup.
It was a absconding case so couldnt get any exp letter but I do have payslips, bank statements, appointment letter & last appraisal letter from that company.
