Do you ever get super fired up to do a project, hyper focus for hours, and create something beautiful? Only to look at it a few days later to get overwhelmed with your own creation and dread the idea of finishing it? Asking for a friend. ;)

I usually show it to someone who will get excited about it and offer ideas to help generate next steps for me. Their excitement is usually contagious and then I feel obligated to finish so they can see the "final" product.

Any women here with lean PCOS? I do not ovulate on my own (metformin regulated my periods but I still don’t ovulate) and am moving from three cycles of Clomid/IUI to IVF soon. No other issues have been found other than my PCOS (HSG shows tubes open). Curious about your experiences. And the reason I mentioned lean PCOS is because it seems for others with PCOS part of the fertility path is diet/exercise/weight loss but I am already very tiny.

I have an offer for a Director of IT Compliance role. Small/mid size company and in MCOL, I have +12 YOE. Base salary in the offer is 160k and annual bonus 20-45k (depends on company performance). Any thoughts on the offer? I’m inclined to ask for a base of 170k since not in rush to change jobs.

Hello All - I struggle with time management. I take medication but I have no idea whether a task will take 40 mins or 4 hours. Because of this, I over commit and under deliver. Here is my dilemma: I was passed up for manager promo last year and rightfully so a lot of my feedback was definitely correlated to me not properly handing my symptoms causing a good bit of inconsistencies in my performance especially if I lacked interest. My psychiatrist today revealed to me that I may have ADHD, still a hypothesis that he is still exploring but from my personal experiences and discussions with therapist, it seems likely.

One example of personal experience is my ongoing prep for case studies as I'm interviewing with a number of firms. I do struggle to keep focus and generally take a bit longer to finish them, specifically the structuring of the case. Does anybody else feel the same way and any recommendations to overcome this?
