Got invited to coffee by a MBB partner after wrapping up decision round interviews. This is a good sign right? No mention of offer yet

I currently work at a non big4 consulting company (Human Capital). I'm ready to move on from my current employer but I'm torn whether I stay in consulting (few offers from big4) or if I make the leap to working for a client "in the industry". Pros and cons to both but wanted to get everyone's opinion. For context, my title is Manager but in comparison to the market I'd be more of a senior consultant (3-4 years exp). Thanks

I have done MBA in IIM Ranchi in Marketing with lesser CGPA. I am worried which field should I switch to, now.

I verbally accepted an offer for a contract role. Is it too late to negotiate? After asking others in a contract role I realized my offer was lower than others in the same role. (Different teams) When i asked the salary band I was told it was the max that theyre offering.

Would you ever leave consulting to join a small business? And I don’t mean a tech startup. More of a small but profitable family owned business with growth potential. Significantly higher pay, leadership position, some equity, WLB. If it doesn’t work out how hard would it be to move back to Consulting or another big company after 2-3 years? How would hiring managers view the move?

Just took a mock exam with Becker and got a 53. My exam is on Friday. Am I screwed?
