recruiter emails back, sets up a call. If you pass, it’s a 1 time panel interview with hiring manager and 2 other stakeholders.
I like that it’s quick and thorough at the same time. Downside is, Coke has had so many discrimination lawsuits that they are overly robotic about the interview.
They rush and take up 55 minutes of an hour meeting because they are FORCED to ask 9 very specific behavioral based questions. They grade you with a score on each question, the candidate with the highest score gets the job.
Note Coke has title inflation. Directors would be sr managers elsewhere. Low base salaries, high bonus. No stock until Sr group director
That sounds better than my current workplace lol
Thanks for your input.
I'm interviewing on Tues next week. I can let you know how it goes. The company is not that special, you are not missing much. Feel free to dm if you want to know how I got to interview. Can't say about selection yet. In a tech field though, unrelated to your job title.
Appreciate your response.
Best bet is to go through an agency and convert to hire from a contract position
What are some of the recruiter agencies in Atlanta. I’m having a time finding a reputable one who doesn’t charge an arm and a leg!
I think this is just a very challenging time for the job market in general OP because it seems like companies are taking longer and longer to get back to people about their applications. If you don't hear back and decide to apply again I would try getting a referral and see if that helps any.
