Hi Team,
Hope you guys are doing well. I am planning to join Kyndryl on band 7b for cybersecurity domain. Want to know how is the environment there in terms of job security, wlb and hike? There are mixed reviews all over the places reg Kyndryl so posting here to get insight form you.Kyndryl Inc.
Also anything else you would like to add is good for me to decide as I have to choose between Accenture and Kyndryl (I was with Accenture and know what I will be getting and work there).

I think it could absolutely be effective, it’s just a matter of getting used to it. I feel like most people's lives are set up on a 5 day, 40 (if you’re lucky) hour work week. It’s a change I’d love to see, but I don’t know if we ever will.
Agreed! I wish it was the norm if it’s actually 40 hrs a week. I work a 4-day schedule but each day is at least 12hrs however the additional day to run errands, go to appointments, etc is so helpful in my personal life so it’s worth it to me.
I think it’s effective but it would be harder for companies that operate a 24/7 365 day facility to achieve. There would need to be an increase in the hiring of floor staff. Admin staff would need to balance the 4 days that they work evenly across the week so there isn’t a day when an Admin isn’t there/available. It’s possible but i don’t think healthcare companies will adopt it anytime soon. I am for it though.
Every study and company who has tried the four day work demonstrated how well it works. Employees were less miserable and more productive at work. They completed the same amount and often more work in fours than they do in five.
It can be effective but those people working 4 days per week must be disciplined. As a company, you have to ensure appropriate coverage so if your number of employees is limited, it’s hard to do, especially when everyone wants Monday or Friday.
