Do you typically do any work over the weekend or are you good at disconnecting? I generally clean up email a little bit but have gotten a lot better at not working.

I used to spend a lot of time over the weekend catching up on emails, but I've really made an effort to disconnect more. I do a little check in here and there, but I'm trying to save the weekend for relaxation and personal stuff. It's been a game changer for my mental health!

That's great

I’m responsive to guys who are traveling and need support, otherwise I generally stay disconnected u til Monday.

That makes sense

I disconnect completely from work as soon as the working hours Friday ends. Before I leave I make notes on what's pending and what I need to do on Monday morning. Then I go ahead and fully disconnect. Those emails can wait.

Makes sense

I'm really good at staying disconnected unless there is a very specific reason I need to be aware. Those luckily are few and far between.

Great

Only close to a deadline.
