Currently my wify's package is 7.5 LPA at Capgemini as SAP ABAP developer and with overall experience of around 5.5ys.She has cleared all technical rounds in Accenture and having HR round in next week.how much she should asks for package?why I'm asking this because she was selected to the same Accenture in 2019 and at that time she asked 80 percent hike and for that reason the profile was kept on hold and eventually joined Infosys at that time

What’s the inside scoop

Hi Fishes, I grabbed an offer at Accenture with 12 LPA fixed for Level 9. I'm not getting a retention offer from my current company at 13.5 lpa. How do I go about a counter offer with Accenture HR? Also tell me how to approach this situation smoothly.
If HR doesn't fulfill the counter offer, is it ok to accept 12 lpa fixed for Level 9 and when will I get a hike here and how much would it be approximately?
Accenture Please provide your insights. This is my first switch so I ne more exposure

Yes if the following are true
(1) you want to switch firms.
(2) WMP lets you move up faster with it.
(3) you may want to leave consulting for industry (even 10 yrs from now) where the degree is more valued.
If you can get sponsored & get into a big name, it’s almost a no-brainer to do it in my view.
Thanks McK1. To add context, I wouldn’t be sponsored and I’d be paying for it out of pocket. I was thinking about doing a part time program at a Booth/Kellogg - I’m close to M promo at WMP and could still have a salary.
Do you think PT programs are seen as less as FT? Worried I’d be shooting my self in the foot by not doing FT. Thank you in advance.
Following- in a super similar boat. SC 4.5 years exp, around 120-125k comp. Does it make sense for me?
