How many levels in Staff? What is the min YOE is required to be a Senior?
How many months/years minimum we need to spend to be eligible for promotion (ex: minimum 1 year a person need to spend on one grade like that)

1. I got HC this year and last year, this year I got promoted, still my variable pay bonus % was same both years, is it a default method for all or its controlled by Managers ?

I was just offered a job at another agency for $15k higher than the raise I just got. Hello, I am in USI GES tax at DUSI. I love my job but not my team and mgmt anymore. I'm a performer and I'm dumped with work of 2 ppl while others are searching for work. I am burned out.

I resigned and accepted a job with EY GDS with a huge pay bump that DUSI can't match but I also gave up my potential promotion for 2023.

I've been feeling bad about putting my papers down and letting go off my promotion but I am really tired. I took up this job as an escape.

If it's a progression will the resource get the progression by default after an year of joining ?
