Does anyone have a strong “how to use this strategy” slide they’ve used at the front of a company’s foundational brand strategy deck?

Specifically looking for something that helps teams apply the strategy cross-functionally, not just as a marketing/comms tool. Hopefully this would include (or at least nod to) examples, principles, or lessons learned from when a strategy actually got adopted vs. when it just sat on the shelf collecting dust.

I'm new to marketing and I am not formally educated in it. I have just been learning through experience with the business. I'm supposed to put together a Market report for our sales team to refer to but I have been stuck on what I even include. I have an expensive subscription to a reporting database and I am supposed to translate these technical reports into 20-30 slides. I can't figure out if I am overthinking something simple or lacking some knowledge that people formally learn in school.
