I had an interview with Cognizant and then got an email from HR to fill in CIS form and also along with to send all the documents. After i send all those details i got an email saying the position went on hold and to wait until they revert.
Any idea that how much time it would take for the position to be released? They did not respond when i asked the same question.

I have raised a laptop replacement TT but it haven't even dispatched & I'll be going back to Bangalore in 5days, so if the laptop doesn't get delivered to me before I go off to Bangalore, can i raise another TT & get it exchanged in the office??? I have recently joined EY SaT group as senior consultant recently in Netherlands. I’m tripple masters in MS economics, MBA and MS business analytics. Have 4 YOE in different industries but no M&A experience specifically. Any ideas what company should be offering me? I’ll be working as expert on commercial due diligence, FDD and valuation teams and doing automation alongside. is it wise to demand higher salary or promotion soon after I have proven that I can work and do it better than most?EY

I don’t think that’s what it will imply. Any manager worth their weight wants and should be encouraging their staff to develop. And that means through continuing education or trade associations.
I agree with the comment above. I don't think that it implies that you are leaving soon. And regardless a good manager should want what is best for you even if that means moving on to bigger and better things. I never had any issues getting one from my manager.
