I got a call from a recruiter from Teemgenie and was asked to give an AI interview first.

I have never given such AI interviews and third party interview rounds I had previously attended on Mettl Mercer platform were completely unrealistic and unrelated to my tech stack so I'm a bit sceptical here.

I am in the final steps of the interview process for an in-house position. I mentioned to the recruiter that I had unvested equity I would be leaving on the table. She said the company would take this into account and make me whole. She later asked for proof of the equity in the form of my account statement and balance, which I provided. I have not yet received an offer. Is it typical for companies to ask for this documentation if they don't intend to make the candidate an offer?
