That's really high for an Associate Manager here. Likely due to experienced hire and clearance. I make 153k as Manager (for over two years).
Manager for two years. I'm homegrown. And as I said, experienced hires will get a premium salary but 150+ at level 8 is 30-40k higher than homegrown here. We have Managers making 130k
- I’ve been an Associate manager for two years and still at $125k.
- The clearance will get you a bonus/increase while active but I think it’s like $10k ish?
- The $178k from Glassdoor is likely individual contributors with niche skills (think wrote a textbook skills) and stayed at level for years. ServiceNow experience wouldn’t be that niche.
- Experienced hires often start higher than their peers at level. So you could try for $142k plus the Clearance bonus which puts you at what the Recuriter mentioned.
That’s odd. I just started at Booz, and everything I read everywhere people said Accenture paid better than Booz, seems like Accenture federal for cleared platform specialists pays pretty low. Or if your example is the norm.
ACN pays better than us. AFS pay, on the other hand, is up and down from us on average. We have larger bands than AFS per level, but less pay standardization than AFS has, so your position on the pay band here is all over the place.
