I was just offered a CUNY role. The title is Higher Education Assistant. According to Glassdoor, the average annual pay for that role is $83,418. However, I was offered $62,500. I requested for the minimum annual salary to be 75k. Does anyone have experience navigating the CUNY system and their pay?
Hi All,
Persistent Systems is giving 10% variable on gross annual CTC. HR says you would receive minimum 70% of variable pay every month and remaining 30% will credited once a year at the end.
Does anyone has idea on this? Can I believe this and include 70% variable in my take home

Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

Rising Star
thats the staff aug branch
Spectrum handles far more than staff augmentation but it’s a tech group focused on the creation, management, and often times deliver although not so often client facing of our internal tools/apps. We delivered SaaS with spectrum
It’s not staff aug it’s a managed service business. They have a good sized portfolio of platform offerings. Sounds like you be doing support for one or more of those SaaS solutions.
They’re more focused on cloud based tech that clients license. For example there’s a 3rd party risk management service that clients license to identify vulnerabilities in their supply chain. OP could be doing prod support for multiple clients who license the service. KPMG doesn’t do outsourcing and any loan staff project is typically an exception.
Production support probably means supporting some apps/systems for a client. Sounds like longer term staff aug. you can still get a lot of good skills doing this kind of work but highly dependent on how lucky you get in terms of what role you are in.
