Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

Faced this weird behaviour from Optum recently. Gave interview for Data Scientist position. HR said feedback is positive. Asked for documents. It's been month now since I have shared the documents. I have no update on the offer. Today I called HR, she called me back saying the position is on hold due to recalibration in team, She has shared interview feedbacks to other teams and will get back to me in couple of days. I am clueless now. My last working day is approaching (In a month). Any Help??
Hi Fishes, I have received an offer from Barclays for AVP position. But the role discussed during interview was for Tech Delivery Manager whereas the offer letter mentions it as Tech Delivery Lead. Can you guys please suggest if it is the same role or should I request recruiter to get the role updated? Moreover it would be great if any of you can shed some light on the prospects/challenges of this role based on your experiences. Barclays Barclays global service center

Guys there’s this boot camp that I came across that trains people to get jobs in Top consulting firms and has a fee plan wherein you pay once you get placed. I just wanted to know if someone here has any experience with this ?

Just another casual conversation around your background. They just want to see how you communicate and see if your personality will fit the team.

Following. Btw are you analyst?
yes but it is for a Consultant role
Sorry. I thought you are applying for SM. Anyway,
2. look at your resume and see if there’s anything which you can’t talk to. Read them up.
1. Have your story ready. When he asks you to give background then have a nice 2/3 min pitch ready. And it can end with why are you now looking at new opportunities
3. Then be ready to talk about two/ three project and skill set for which accenture os hiring
4. Learn about emerging concepts in that area.. and some industry wide case studies
5. Research on the SM and his practice areas- what he likes ( linkedin etc.) if there’s something common between you and him you can strike up a conversation.
6. If this is in person.. then maintain good dress.. smile etc. usual stuff!
Good luck!! :)
thank you for this!
