I recently joined a company after being self employed. I’m on hubs’s health insurance. We have no kids. It’s United healthcare. The company offers United as health insurance. What’s the best way to compare plans? I have not been in this situation before so apologies in advance if this is a dumb question.

Ever since Covid I’ve started having trouble sleeping because I dream of attacks happening in various locations (weird I know). Have you ever been racially discriminated against in a personal healthcare situation/not at work? While you were ill or in the hospital? Obviously horrible when it happens to anyone but it takes the cake for me when white people in healthcare discriminate about Black people when they don't know they work in the same field and know how they should be treated.

I had 5AA t/f(modified FET) on 11/07, today (11/16)I had blood work, nurse told HCG level is: 168.5, and will be checking again on 11/18, to see if HCG is raising. Is this good value? Is it better to have SFH for monthly cash flow or passive MF deals through a private syndicate? How do you integrate cardio and strength training? I do running & peloton for cardio, Solidcore (full-body Pilates) for strength training, and yoga for flexibility. But I can’t figure out an optimal way to combine them. Cardio/strength on alternate days makes it hard to have rest days; doing both on the same day means whichever workout I do second seems to suffer. I want to thank everyone in this bowl for getting me trough the nightmare that is PCOS related fertility issues. After 1.5 years of trying, two rounds of medicated IUI, accupuncture and every other homeopathic treatment available, a vanished twin…. Hubby and I welcomed our little girl on Friday at 37 weeks. Does ADHD have a big impact on your memory? It feels like if I don't have constant reminders set or leave notes for myself I can forget ANYTHING even if it's really important to me.
