Does anyone have any recommendations for F500 / larger companies that hire B4 auditors into financial analyst / FP&A roles?
I’ve been talking to a few recruiters who make it sound like it’s impossible to go directly from B4 Audit to one of these roles, but wanted to see if anyone else had input. Thank you!

So I used to work for a company where my job was good, was a director of business solutions for a fashion brand. Only issue was that the CFO micromanaged and ended up leaving. My background is digital transformation however I took an infrastructure position to rebuild a provincial healthcare system. I always lacked the hardware side and thought this was a good move but I feel like I’m losing my digital skills and don’t enjoy the work. I’m in it for 7 months now.

Friend in Valuation Finance (age 23) states that by 30, so 7 years from now, he can easily hit 300k-400k salary especially if he goes IB route. Is this true? Trying to figure out the best opps to be taking interest in.

Things are apparently going to get better after a client will be leaving, I’ll get to work on different brands but I am feeling pretty burnt out from the agency I’m at. Will new clients help? I’ve was offered a fed healthcare ops specialist role at boozallen at associate level $140K. I was originally told that the role was a lead. Growth and title are imp. to me. Is this salary low?

I am contemplating a move to industry working at a VC, Tax Director role east coast. Looks like it will be primarily overseeing compliance with some aspect of advising on structures etc. There is another tax reporting head above me.

The potential comp is the low 200k with a 10% bonus (still higher than what I am making). I feel this is pretty low for VC standards but maybe my standards are also too high. I have generally seen 25% bonus with carry.

Any thoughts?
