IB associates easily make 300 and can exceed 400 (base salary is generally about half or slightly less than half). Can get there in mid 20s. Don’t know valuation groups comp
I’m at a smaller boutique. It’s definitely true beyond just the BBs and EBs. But there are also a lot of smaller regional boutiques which pay less (although WLB can be better). I don’t know BTIG so can’t comment there.

You can make that as a T2 manager, I’d want to earn more to deal with IB hours...
As a VP (which I believe is equivalent to manager) you do. First year VP can easily clear 500-600 TC
