Hi fishes,
Any guess how many people are laid off from Publicis sapient in past few days? Really scared for my future as I'm also under probation period and deeply regret for my choice of joining this firm...I don't understand why were they recruiting peeps when they were short of projects. Publicis Sapient
Hi all.
Has anyone in IBM been on bench for more than 4 months here?
I have been on bench for almost 4 months now & have been getting automated mails asking me to get assigned to a project by searching one by myself, else necessary action might be taken.
And are there any chances of being straightaway fired based on these automated mails?
I would genuinely need an advise from someone who is aware of this kind of situation.
Thanks in advance

Hello all,
I'm currently working on azure cloud in Cognizant . I've about 1.4 years of experience now. I've got an offer from Axtria as an L1 Analyst. Could anyone please suggest if the change in field is worth it. Or should I just look for other jobs in cloud only? I will have to decide this at the earliest so please do help me with it.

1. If possible, take some time at the beginning of the layoff to process what's happened to you. Once you've had some time to clear your head and reset, formulate and document a plan.
2. Network, Network, Network - Take advantage of social media platforms and your network. If there are free virtual or in person events that will give you an opportunity to network, attend them.
3. Don't be afraid to reach out to people you don't know via LinkedIn.
4. Join or establish a job search group.
5. Be kind to yourself and practice self care. Losing a job is a traumatic experience for most people.
This is great advice. Thank you so much for sharing.
