Ogletree is great. Awesome attorneys and great culture. Pay is a bit low for market.

I worked at FP in Philly. 1800 billable requirement/2000 overall. I made $145 as a second year. Now I’m at Littler and I make $155 as a second year. Billable requirement is 1900. Both are highly ranked L&E firms. Littler is bigger with more tech capabilities and more high profile clients. It’s hard to speak to culture since every office can be different. But I’ve had a good experience at both offices.
Thanks so much!
