I am a fresher and joined infosys Nov 2021 in campus placement.
Now has 11 months of experience. I am planning for MS in Jan intake
If I resign now notice period is 1 month, but if I complete 1 year notice period is 3 months?
My visa is not yet approved, I am confused now whether to resign or stay?
Is there any buy back notice if it is there what is the process?

Anyone with designation 'Associate Business Analyst' on Infosys? I recently got offer on a development position but the OL specified my designation as associate business analyst. You will have to pay AMPB for all the months after the appraisal cycle is closed, once you resign. Means if you resign after 4 months of appraisal, they will ask you to pay for 7 months of ampb in FNF.
Is that applicable for all the years or just the 1st year of joining?
Also do you know if this components is considered as variable/performance bonus if I look for a job in any company based on this?
It is applicable for all the employees who recieved the component, all this comes in the fixed component
What I meant was, the HR said once you join, if I leave the company in the 1st year only then I will have to repay this amount. From second year onwards, even if I leave I don't have to repay. Can I trust the hr on this statement?
