Does anyone have insights AMPB component in HCL salary?

The HR said that this is a fixed component and will be receiving every month. If I leave the company before 12 month, I will have to repay this amount back to the company. After 12 months, it will become fixed (no repayment) Is this trustworthy. I'm still skeptical.

Please help.

why is Uber requiring 4YOE for L3 strategy/ops roles?? You can’t get L4 unless you have 4+ YOE, and at 3YOE they quoted me $105-115k base for L3 manager title strategy ops position. Negligible bonus and RSU. Why such low comp???

How much is the salary package for Senior system engineer for 3 years of experienced professional.

I’m currently in the process of being converted from contractor to permanent. In my initial conversations I was under the impression that I was in a different pay grade and asked for a salary 25k higher than the max allotted for my position. I feel like it gave the impression that I don’t know what I’m doing. Any suggestion how I can recover from this?

Should I Go Back and Reneg? Recently I was offered a role as a Project Implementation Manager (In Retirement Services) .The salary range for Colorado residents was 65-89K. I’m located in NY so the recruiter said he would try to get me more. Ultimately he came back at 90K which is a bit inline with that I was seeing on Glassdoor but approx looks like I may leave 10-12K on the table. I accepted already but may get an offer from another HR company in account management around 90-100K. Need advice

One of my friends works as a Director in Nagarro. She has been there for 7 years and has a CTC of 42 with total yoe 17. Per current trend this is low even though she is a constant top performer. She says that even though delivery people play a pivotal role, they are not paid well. In her team, she sees technical people earning 45-50 at 10-11 yoe. So the factor is 2.5 for delivery vs 4.5 to 5 for technical roles. Per her, this is quite common in Nagarro & she is not an outlier. ctd in comments
