Microsoft why are you damn obsessed with making so much of your software “start on startup” by default?
It’s so annoying and Microsoft teams is the LeAST efficient chatting app out there so it’s awful on resources. Slack is SO much faster and doesn’t start on startup (I don’t think ?)…
you’re really quite something to blatantly copy the competition, make your product more sluggish, and then add in your nasty ass dark patterns. Microsoft teams = bloatware 90% of the time. Stop prioritizing it

I usually do a couple things - the day before or morning of confirm who is presenting what.
I send a slack reminder with a link to the deck, speaking roles and any reminders for the team.
I would also try to steer the convo back to the work if it starts going off the rails and “take that back for later”
Ground the meeting with the background, objective, and any major considerations from the brief. It gives the creative team a good jumping off point and establishes to the clients that the team understood the assignment.
Schedule a dry run the day before, so there's time for feedback and revisions. Present to the Account Director or someone like that in place of the client
